Combination Car Seats Birth To 4 Years - Group 0+1 0-18kg

Combination car seats from Britax should be used rearward-facing from birth to 13kg/29lbs, then positioned forward-facing once baby can sit up unaided, from 9kg/20lbs to 18kg/40lbs (Approx 9 months to 4 years)

These Britax child car seats are a great choice if you don’t require an infant carrier or a seat which connects to a travel system.

Important Parental Advice!

  • Your baby should be positioned rearward-facing for as long as possible, as this provides the best protection for small babies.
  • Use a combination seat rearward-facing until your baby reaches the maximum allowed weight, and can sit up unaided.
  • NEVER position a child rearward-facing on the front passenger seat of a vehicle with a front airbag - they are designed to protect adults, but can seriously injure or even kill a child. If the front passenger seat is not fitted with an airbag, or you have the facility to de-activate the airbag, and you choose to position your child there, please ensure that the seat is moved as far back from the dashboard as possible.

Child Height Regulations For Car Seats
New regulations governing the use of child car seats came into force on September 18th 2006

Every child MUST travel in an appropriate child restraint until that child reaches EITHER 135cm in height OR 12 years old.
