Currency, Prices & Method Of Payment
Order and payment of goods from kidztravelshop.co.uk is a very simple and secure process. We currently accept secure online payment using MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, Solo and Maestro.

All prices can be assumed to be correct at time of order and are shown in Pounds Sterling, including V.A.T @ 15% (5% for child car seats, 0% for childrens clothing) and Mainland UK Delivery. Payment will be debited when your order is accepted.

Online Order & Payment Security
Your online purchasing security is of paramount importance to us, for this reason we use SagePay. At the point of payment you will be re-directed to their secure server, where you will enter your payment details. SagePay will instantly check and verify the details entered with your card issuer and inform you of the transaction status, ensuring that only you and SagePay will have details of how you paid. 

The whole process is swift and seamless, and security is assured by SagePay for both you (the customer) and us. Your credit card details are never stored on our server and cannot be viewed by anyone at kidztravelshop.co.uk.

How To Shop For Products

Navigate the site using the category selections on the left side, or by selecting a product group from the top of each page. 

If at any time, you require further information on any of of our products, simply click the More Details button. This displays a larger product image and more detailed product overview. 

To purchase any products within our site, simply check the box beside the desired item and click the “Add To Basket” button. All items within your trolley are then displayed, at which point you can amend quantities, remove individual items and update the trolley contents, or empty your trolley completely. 

If you wish to continue shopping, simply click the “Continue Shopping Button” and navigate the site using the category selections on the left side.

Once you have finished shopping and are happy with your product selection click the “Checkout” button and you will arrive at the registration & billing page. If this is your first purchase from our site you will be requested to enter your name and home contact details, along with a password (returning visitors will simply be asked to enter their email address and memorable password & click Log In). 

If at any time you forget your password, enter your email address & click the “forgotten your details” text, our system will then send you an email confirming your chosen password.

You also have the opportunity to join our newsletter mailing list at this stage of the transaction, by checking the box. You can opt out of the mailing list at any time by logging into the Newsletter section, enter your email address, check the Unsubscribe box and click Submit.

Next stop is “Delivery Details” where you enter the delivery address details for the goods you are ordering (this can be different to your home address, which is pre-selected by default). If United Kingdom is selected as the delivery country, you will be requested to confirm a destination within the UK. 

Any destination other than Mainland UK will be subject to a delivery charge, the amount of which will be displayed on the following “Order Summary” page.

To obtain a delivery cost quotation click the “Get Delivery Cost” button. Our system will send us an email requesting the quotation and we will contact you, also via email, as soon as possible with a delivery cost. 

If you are happy with the delivery charge and wish to complete the transaction, log back onto our website using the order reference supplied in your email. The confirmed delivery charge will be shown within the checkout, allowing you to complete the transaction by entering your payment details within SagePay.

Once the payment stage within SagePay is complete, you have the opportunity to print out the displayed payment & order reference details for your records. Click “Continue” and return to our site to confirm if your order has been successful.

If successful we will action your order as soon as possible and arrange dispatch of your goods, we will contact you if there is likely to be a delay in dispatching all or part of your order.

Delivery Information & International Orders
Delivery to all Mainland UK addresses is included in our website prices, charges apply for deliveries to all UK Offshore Islands, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland.

Goods are dispatched Monday to Friday, no despatch or delivery Saturday or Sunday.

We offer an efficient European road freight delivery service and Worldwide airfreight shipping.

Product Specification
Every effort has been made to ensure that all given specifications are correct, however technical data, dimensions & weights serve as a guide only and no guarantee is given or implied that goods supplied will conform in absolute detail to the description and illustrations published. You will be given the option to accept or decline any substitute product offered if it does not match or exceed the original order specifications.

Colour Reproduction
The reproduction of colour and detail in the images on our web site is as accurate as technology allows.

Conditions of Sale
The goods remain the property of the seller, until the seller receives payment in full, but risks and all liability shall pass to the purchaser on delivery.

Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either contact you and ask you whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.

No liability will be accepted for consequential losses incurred as a result of delayed delivery, unless explicitly stated in writing by a member of staff prior to ordering.

Guarantee
Our guarantee extends only to the replacement or substitution of faulty goods and missing parts. It does not include charges for labour supplied, or any other incurred costs by a third party.

Returns & Right To Cancel
We are confident that you will be happy with your purchases, but you have the right to cancel your order within a period of 7 working days from receipt of goods. If you wish to exercise this option you must contact us in writing by letter or by emailing info@indigoecommerce.co.uk , expressing your intention to cancel.
You will then have a period of 30 days to return the goods to us.

If you wish to cancel your order before the goods are dispatched, you must email info@indigoecommerce.co.uk quoting your order number.

Orders cannot be cancelled by telephone.

Important Information Relating To Return Of Goods:
Any product returned must be complete and unused, in its original undamaged packaging, with any sales tags still attached.

Under no circumstances must the product packaging be written on, or defaced in any way.

All returned products must be wrapped in protective packaging, such as bubble wrap, to prevent damage to both the contents and their cartons during transit. Adhesive labels must not be applied directly to product display cartons or packaging.

Your name, address, order number & contact details must be supplied with returned goods, in order to identify you as the sender.

We will refund the original purchase price less the appropriate re-packaging & inspection fee within 7 working days of receipt of goods, assuming the above conditions have been met.

We suggest you return goods on a signed for delivery service, which provides you with proof of delivery.

This policy is in line with the new European Directive on distance selling.

You are responsible for arranging the return of goods, and all associated delivery charges.

Repackaging & Inspection Fees
All unwanted or incorrectly ordered returned goods, which have been opened by the consumer are subject to a repackaging & inspection fee based on their value:

Goods up to £20.00 in value which have been opened by the consumer are subject to a repackaging & inspection fee of £3.00
Goods over £20.00 in value which have been opened by the consumer are subject to a repackaging & inspection fee of £6.00

Faulty Goods
In you receive faulty or damaged goods, you must inform us within 7 working days of delivery by letter or by emailing info@indigoecommerce.co.uk   We will arrange uplift of the damaged/faulty product and give you the option of replacement goods or a full refund.

No refund will be offered for goods returned to us, which are found to have been subject to improper assembly, misuse or malicious damage.
